After 7 years, from the conception of the idea in 2014 by Guruji Shri Chandrabhanu Satpathyji, under His guidance, the time has now come for the Canberra Hindu Mandir to celebrate its first milestone – Bhoomi Pooja. The event was opened with the blessings and welcome from traditional Wiradjuri Land Owners. Followed by traditional Agama Sastra rituals to sanctify the earth to build the temple.
